When We Ship We ship 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, all Overnight & 2nd Day orders placed after 2:00 PM EST,
will ship on the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00 PM EST,
will ship the following week. All other orders ships in 2 business days.
P.O. Boxes
Shipping to P.O. Boxes will be guaranteed only upon request, ups does not ship to po boxes,
if you need to ship to a P.O. box, Please contact support.
Canceled Order
If the merchandise has already been shipped and a cancellation is allowed,
it will be the costumers responsibility to pay the shipping and handling charges.

To get a R.M.A. # you must call us during customer service hours, at: 845-783-5651 for a Return Merchandise Authorization number,
No packages will be accepted without an R.M.A. number on the outside of the box.
Please note that All merchandise must be brand new in the manufacturers original packaging, not opened.
Merchandise returned without those guidelines will be refused, and the carrier will charge you freight in both directions.
